*SHIPPING POLICY*
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mikore ("we", "us", or "our") at https://shopmikore.com/. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that high-volume periods (such as major holidays, flash sales, or promotional events) may slightly delay processing times. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at the address provided during checkout.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping method selected:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Disclaimer: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, extreme weather conditions, or customs delays (for international orders). Mikore is not responsible for external delays caused by the postal carrier.
3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your package has been handed over to our shipping carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active and traceable within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the email. You can use this number on our website or directly via the carrier's tracking portal to monitor your shipment's progress.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Mikore is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, tariffs, duties, or local taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your country or state. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We work hard to speed up processing and shipping times, which means there is a very small window to change an incorrect address.
If you notice a mistake in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at shopmikore@gmail.com. If the package has already been handed over to the courier, we cannot change the delivery address, and Mikore will not be liable for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Mikore is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
You can also notify us with your order number so we can assist you with the carrier verification process where possible.
7. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to our facility because it was undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier, the customer may be held responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
